ValueMetric Consultants (VMC) is a privately-owned, construction consultancy with its headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. We provide professional services of cost management and commercial advisory to the property development and infrastructure sectors, with clients varying from private developers to building contractors.
Our firm has been promoting cost management and quantity surveying services across Egypt and the region, delivering exceptional results and improving the quality and standard of service of the profession. VMC cater for the areas of Greater Cairo, the North Coast, the entire Nile Delta and the Red Sea region, in addition to the wider Middle Eastern market.

OUR TEAM
The team at VMC have an excellent track record of delivering construction projects on time and on budget. They have been trained and coached to become qualified by international bodies such as RICS, and have become experts in the unique construction market of Egypt.
Each consultant at VMC has a considerable wealth of experience, and are proficient with all engineering disciplines across a variety of sectors. We have strong experience of managing international forms of construction contracts such as FIDIC and NEC/ECC, in addition to UK-centric contracts including GC Works and JCT.
Our team of quantity surveyors and cost consultants possess a strong commercial acumen and expert knowledge in latest measurement and cost-estimating techniques.
Training is a core focus of our business, which means that all our staff are always up-to-date with industry changes and best practice. The management are all RICS-accredited while some are working towards accreditation.
