The SW Office Building is a stand-alone commercial office building located on a plot of nearly 10,500m² within Cairo Festival City's Southern Business Park D district, bordering the the main arterial Road 90, and the Ring Road. The building consists of a basement, ground floor and five storeys, and its premium location is expected to attract large scale international and national corporations, given that the shell and core building shall be designed with the highest quality and specifications.
