Job Requirements

1 to 5 years' experience in a quantity surveyor/cost management/project controls role

Holds a BSc in engineering, architecture or a relevant, construction-related discipline as a minimum

Fluency in the English language is an advantage

Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Job Specification
The position seeks candidates with one to five years' experience in a quantity surveying / cost management or project controls role, with basic knowledge of the construction design and management process.
Ideally, the candidate will have worked on post-contract construction projects and also have basic knowledge of pre-contract cost planning and estimating. Experience in measurement and pricing of construction works is preferable, whether structural, architectural or mechanical and electrical.
Applicants should have a good command of the English language as this will be the language of business, as well as the construction contracts used. We are looking for effective team players, self-motivated persons, with a troubleshooter/problem solver approach to work.
The roles will be part of a wider team managing construction projects, and therefore candidates ought to have good client-facing skills and strong report writing skills.
